Pengu Sweeper is a puzzle game in which you reveal safe tiles while avoiding hazards. No game account is required. Your progress and preferences are stored on your device.
You can earn coins through gameplay rewards or optional rewarded ads and use them for in-game features. Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred to another user. Coins are not sold for real money.
The game may show interstitial ads between levels. Ads that provide coins or let you continue a game are optional. Ads may be unavailable because of network conditions, ad availability, or other service limitations. Rewards are granted when the advertising service confirms that the reward requirements have been met. Third-party advertising services are subject to their providers' terms and privacy policies.
Where available, Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently removes forced interstitial ads. It is not a subscription. Optional rewarded ads remain available to purchasers.
The applicable localized price is displayed through the App Store before purchase. Apple processes payments under its applicable terms. You can use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase to restore an eligible Remove Ads purchase. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer provides the entitlement.
For refund requests, use Apple's refund request service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
Game data is stored locally; the app does not provide game-account synchronization. Uninstalling the app, changing devices, or storage problems may result in lost game data. Operating system backup and restoration depend on your device settings. Restoring a purchase restores the purchase entitlement, not your levels or coins.
Game features and rewards may change through updates. You must not unlawfully modify the app or interfere with its operation. These terms do not restrict rights granted to you by applicable law.
Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
