Ice Rescue is an ice-breaking animal rescue game developed by Griotold. No game account is required. Game progress and preferences are stored on your device. The app includes Google AdMob advertising.
The app stores completed levels, the current level, discovered animals, coin balance, best completion times, and sound, music and haptic preferences locally. We do not operate a game-account server or send this progress to our own server. Your operating system may back up and restore local app data according to your device settings.
Ice Rescue integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), including optional rewarded ads for continuing a failed level. The SDK may process IP addresses (which can be used to estimate general location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Google uses this information for ad delivery and measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Processing varies by platform, SDK configuration and your device settings.
See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s iOS SDK data disclosures and Google’s Android SDK data disclosures. Not choosing a rewarded ad does not necessarily prevent the advertising SDK from processing information when initialized.
The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location. You can manage available advertising and privacy controls in your device settings and Google’s ad controls. These controls do not necessarily stop all advertising-service processing. Sound, music and haptics can be changed in the app’s Settings.
Apple processes the optional Remove Ads purchase. The app verifies purchase status through StoreKit to enable the entitlement and restore purchases. We do not receive payment card details or operate a purchase-account server. Local diagnostic files record technical stages, timings, and error codes; they are not automatically uploaded to us. You may choose to export them for support. Available regional advertising consent and privacy choices are presented through Google UMP and Settings where required.
If you email us, we use your email address, message and any information you choose to include to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for support. Support messages are retained only as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, or legal obligations.
Local game data remains until the app’s data is cleared or the app is deleted; backups may retain copies under your operating system’s rules. We cannot retrieve or delete a local save remotely. Google’s retention and deletion practices apply to data it processes. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to us, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify the request. Requests concerning Google-held information can also be directed to Google through its privacy controls.
No name, birth date or account registration is required to play. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us can contact us for assistance and deletion. Advertising providers may process data in countries other than your own, as described in their privacy policies.
