These terms apply to Ice Rescue, an ice-breaking animal rescue game provided by Griotold. Please read them before using the game.
You may use Ice Rescue for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. No game account is required. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.
Progress, rescued animals, preferences and coins are stored locally. Coins earned through gameplay can be spent on in-game power-ups. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another user, and are not currently sold for real money. The app is free to download. An optional one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase removes forced interstitial advertisements; optional rewarded Continue advertisements remain available. Prices are shown by Apple for your storefront. Apple processes purchases and applicable refund requests. Restore a purchase using the same Apple Account through Settings > Restore Purchases.
You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to continue after a failed level where offered. Ads may be unavailable due to network conditions, provider availability or technical limitations. A continuation is granted after the advertising service confirms reward completion. If a Continue ad cannot load or display, the app may offer a free continuation after a notice; this uses the same one-continuation limit per attempt. Closing an ad before earning the reward does not grant this fallback. Forced interstitial ads may appear between eligible completed levels unless Remove Ads is owned. Third-party ads and linked services are provided by their respective operators and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The app does not provide game-account synchronization. Deleting app data, uninstalling the app, changing devices or storage failures may cause loss of progress or coins. Operating-system backup and restoration depend on your settings and are not guaranteed by us. We may update game content, features or balance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The game and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not unlawfully redistribute the app, misuse its services, manipulate ad rewards or interfere with its operation. This does not limit uses or rights expressly permitted by applicable law, including rights relating to third-party open-source components under their licenses.

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
